Artist’s statement: “Fill Void is coincident of life because while I was taking pictures on the second floor deck of boat during Environmental Science trip, I was annoyed to loud and loud and crowded students. But I found the two young students who are just appreciating the broad ocean not like their friends. Their hair as brown reeds on the blue ocean attracted my attention. Also the bubble of wave looks like cloud in the blue clear sky. And then their contrast clothes are representing their hearts. Therefore I chose Fill void because of the red warm hearted boy or pure white boy is consoling each others .“
