Suki Zhang grew up in Southern California since the age of 4 and periodically goes back home to China during the holidays. She is currently a sophomore attending Besant Hill School. Suki and Alyssa worked on this piece together from design to production. The process was very fun, and I feel we were able to pool our creativity together to create something attached to our culture. The New Year spirit really inspired us so we made elements related to our culture and the year of the snake.
