Arthur Hughes ’60 grew up in Ojai, California, immersed in a vibrant artistic community that included Beatrice Wood, James Vigeveno, and Liam O’Gallagher. He earned his master’s from Hunter College. He draws inspiration from the landscapes of California, the Southwest, and Cape Cod. Now based in New York City, he is a member of Prince Street Gallery.
