Artist’s statement: “I drew this piece because a lot of people don’t look closely and miss a lot of things. For this reason I looked around our campus and I found a great horned owl in the trees. I decided to draw them because I thought it would be nice to show people what I saw when I searched for it and had patience to find what is interesting and beautiful.“
